Carmela Cugini is the Vice President of Grocery, Wholesale and International at Jet.com. She joined Jet.com in April of 2016 after spending 18 years with PepsiCo and 5 years at Merrill Lynch. While at PepsiCo she held many positions ranging from general management, sales and operations, business development, revenue management, finance strategy, marketing and brand development. As a prior CPG Executive, she has a deep appreciation for creating win/win partnerships between the brand and retailer. This passion is one of the many reasons she joined the Jet team. Stacy Gordon is Chief Product Officer at HelloFresh, the global leader in meal kit delivery. In this role, she is responsible for building the product strategy, creating an innovation process and pipeline and driving the voice of the customer into all aspects of the HelloFresh business.
Prior to joining HelloFresh, Stacy was the Global CMO and Business Head, for LatentView Analytics, one of the largest and fastest growing data analytics firms. She was responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of global marketing strategy and had profit and loss responsibility for the Eastern half of the US with ownership of business development, delivery and client management.
Before joining LatentView, Stacy was SVP of products, licensing and publishing for Weight Watchers International, a $1.4 billion provider of global weight management services. In that role, she had profit and loss responsibility for five lines of business, including licensing, member products, self-published magazines and retail books, in aggregate representing about 20% of North American revenues. She oversaw more than 25 third party relationships, including licensees, manufacturers, publishers, and agencies. Her noteworthy accomplishments included the transformation of the retail business, which produced double digit increases in enrollments; restoring profitability to the Weight Watchers magazine; and leading the Company-wide innovation to elevate and integrate Fitness.
Stacy began her marketing career working for Kraft Foods/Nabisco. During her tenure, she worked on iconic brands including Milk-Bone, Cream of Wheat, Kraft Marshmallows, and Jello-O Pudding snacks.
Stacy earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University. She serves on the board of Girls, Inc. of NYC, a non-profit that empowers girls to succeed and encourages them to be strong, smart and bold. She has served on the grants advisory committee of the New York Women's Foundation, a non-profit that gives grants to organizations focused on improving the lives of women and girls in New York City. She lives on the Upper West Side in Manhattan with her husband, two teenage boys and her rescue dog, Piper.

JR Badian, Chief Marketing Officer JR joined Chef’d as its first CMO. He’s a senior marketing executive who oversaw MasterCard’s US Digital Marketing for five years and managed their US Digital Marketing team. In his executive career, John has held leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company; Coca-Cola Refreshments; Coca-Cola North America; and Procter & Gamble (P&G). He is VP and general manager of the Coca-Cola North America eCommerce group, leading the development and overall management of the eCommerce vision and roadmap, including commercial and marketing strategies, customer development, and new business models.
He was responsible for over $1.5B revenue and P&L, leading a sales, marketing, franchise, and field execution team of more than 100 professionals for 8 of the company’s top 25 global customers – growing profit over $100M in 4 years. As VP of bottler planning and operations, John directed business planning and franchise relationships, for Coca-Cola Enterprises – he was part of one of the largest vertical integrations in U.S. business history, and establishing the world’s largest beverage operating company Coca-Cola Refreshments. John led the organizational design and development of a company’s shopper insights and marketing group, driving the company’s customer marketing and shopper insight position from #10 to #5 (Cannondale) in 18 months. In separate scenarios, John developed an integrated global advertising campaign named in the yearly Top 10 new brand launches by Ad Age; and developed and implemented new segmented growth plan the in drug and value channels giving double-digit revenue and profit growth YOY for 5 years – strengthening strategic customer relationships with robust shopper card analysis, digital marketing, and trade spend. He is a passionate leader who inspires teams to exceptional performance.

Tim is responsible for driving Tyson Foods online sales and share through visionary leadership, operational execution, business strategy development, and outstanding collaboration with trading partners and agencies. Tim is leading eCommerce through the development of new capabilities and new business models across Tyson’s Retail and Foodservice businesses.
Tim began his career at Procter & Gamble in 1997 as a Sales Account Manager. Throughout his 17 years at P&G, his experience included key customer account management, including Walmart and Sam’s Club, headquarter market strategy and planning, brand management, and eCommerce. In 2009, he established the P&G eCommerce relationship with Walmart, earning three Supplier of the Year awards from Walmart.
Tim joined SC Johnson & Son in May 2014, as the Director of eCommerce, North America, and a year later expanded responsibility as the Director of Global eCommerce. Tim was responsible for developing the eCommerce strategies, capabilities and infrastructure across the entire portfolio of SCJ products and markets.
In August 2016, Tim joined Tyson Foods as the Vice President of eCommerce.
