Paulina Boonman is the Director of Culinary at Home Chef. Prior to joining the team, she was a forensic accountant at PwC in New York. She left to attend culinary school and pursue a career in food and has worked to bring together both her culinary background and financial acumen into her role at Home Chef. Her goal is to create delicious, easy to execute menus that teach customers new techniques. Paulina holds a BA from The Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
