Ayoub Abielmona

Ayoub is a digital transformation leader in the Enterprise IT and Digital Strategy division of Performance Food Group – the second largest food distributor in the United States. He is a published author whose seminal writing about the “Speed of Expectation” and its impact on the digital economy was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine.

Ayoub’s professional career includes strategic roles that straddle business and IT functions across Fortune 200 companies, digital startups, academia and government R&D. His passion for digital innovation and strategy stems back to the beginning of the dot-com era when he founded and led a digital startup that was consistently recognized for innovation and thought leadership.

Academically, Ayoub holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from James Madison University and a master's degree in the Management of IT from the University of Virginia, where he has served as advisory board member. He continues to hone his digital expertise, earning two MicroMasters credentials in Digital Leadership and Digital Product Management from Boston University in 2020.
