Thought leader for strategic vision and methodologies to deliver profitable omni-channel & eCommerce marketing programs for all Ahold Delhaize USA’s local brands (Stop & Shop, The Giant Company, Hannaford, Food Lion & Giant Food). Her team is responsible for partnering with the US grocery brands to develop eCommerce marketing campaigns across all paid, owned and earned channels.
Prior to her role with Peapod Digital Labs, Caroline led Digital Engagement for TGIFriday’s and McDonalds, respectively. Her team led go-to-market strategies focused on driving awareness, excitement and engagement across all digital in-restaurant platforms, including eCommerce apps, kiosks and digital menu boards. She also led the team responsible for CRM, digital merchandising, digital analytics and brought the brands to life across all paid and owned digital channels, including social, .com and display. Caroline spent eight years at Yum! Brands in Dallas, TX, where she ran all of Pizza Hut’s eCommerce platforms, drove strategy across their social media platforms, and developed technology integration for their CRM channels.
Caroline earned her MS in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University and a BS in Communications from Boston College.
