Celia is an insights veteran who has focused on leading teams in omnichannel and eCommerce insights and analytics in her time at industry-leading companies Walmart, Lowe’s, Mattel, Coca-Cola, and now Mars Wrigley. In 2022, Celia was Kantar’s digital commerce expert, a thought leader for CPGs on trends such as rapid delivery, retail media, DTC, Digital Shelf, and Amazon. At Coca-Cola, Celia was the eCommerce insights and analytics lead, influencing eCommerce, Global DTC, and digital foodservice strategy, along with digital category collaboration with top retailers, and guiding data lake eCommerce data integration and reporting. The data lake work at Coca-Cola was a precursor to her current role at Mars Wrigley, where Celia leads a global team in digital commerce and omnichannel advanced analytics. Celia is guiding her team at Mars to think about the analytics vision and build best-in-class solutions. Celia has worked collaboratively with digital leaders and cross-functional partners to activate insights & analytics in her organizations. Celia was listed as one of RTIH’s Top 100 Retail Technology Influencers in 2022. Celia has been featured in various industry publications such as Grocery Dive, Business Insider, and The Grocer and is an active voice on the latest digital commerce trends.
