Henry has 20+ years of experience leading creative, strategy, and innovation engagements across multiple sectors and verticals, advising C-level clients on digital imperatives and operating throughout organizations to gain buy-in and new-directional adoption at all levels. He has substantial agency experience guiding international clients and disruptor brands to improve their market positioning. Prior to Vaimo, Henry worked at NCR-Corporation to advise and create unified-digital-commerce experiences for leading retailers. He co-founded and strategically led a digital UX Research and Experimentation practice, has worked in employee engagement change management, and built a Creative Services company, He has also run several eCommerce retail businesses. Henry’s key discipline is within behavioral UI/UX optimization, utilizing data insight sources to create meaningful end-to-end journey path engagements, and strategically directing to realize business objectives. Now working with our international clients and partners to leverage their existing~new technologies, validating solutions to positively engage end-customers, and build upon Vaimo's deep eCommerce experience and services.
