Jody Kalmbach

Jody is the group vice president of Product Experience for The Kroger Co., based in Cincinnati. She is responsible for defining and driving the seamless experience for the company, ensuring the right solutions are built and optimized to serve its customers, associates and partners.

Jody joined the company in 2014 to lead Customer Experience for Vitacost.com. She has more than 25 years of experience leading customer experience, product management, brand building and marketing at consumer brands and ecommerce companies, such as Amazon, The North Face and AT&T.
