Senior Manager of Category Insights Mike’s Hard Lemonade

Megan is Senior Manager of Category Insights for the Mass/Club/Emerging channels at Mike’s Hard Lemonade.  She has championed consumer research designed to better understand today’s evolving Flavor consumer to help drive strategies and sales growth at retailers. 

In a category struggling to grow, Mike’s Hard Lemonade has been the fastest growing Top 10 beer supplier for the past 3 years and doubled its sales within the last 2 years.  A key to Mike’s success has been understanding the consumer and providing new innovation, like White Claw Hard Seltzer, to meet new consumers’ needs. 

Prior to working at Mike’s, Megan worked at Danone in various Category Insights roles for the Walmart, Kroger, and corporate teams. 

Megan leads the Northwest Arkansas Tableau User Group and has a passion for visualizing data.
