Tiffany Hicks is the Vice President of Specialty Channels at The Bumble Bee Seafood Company. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of the E-commerce and Foodservice divisions, which include brands such as Bumble Bee, Snow’s, Beachcliff, and Brunswick.
A +15-year Consumer-Packaged Goods veteran with extensive sales and leadership experiences, she is a transformative leader that has delivered results in retail, omni, and foodservice. Prior to Tiffany’s leadership at Bumble Bee, her cross-functional experiences include Pepsi Bottling Group, PepsiCo, and Danone North America. These positions led to her recognition as a results-focused, passionate developer of high-performance teams, prioritizing inclusive team building and individual coaching while delivering solutions that meet company, consumer, and customer needs.
Tiffany’s passion for the food and beverage industry runs deep, as she was recently inducted as a Society of Fellow’s member at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. Beyond CPG, she also devotes her time as an ally for those without a voice: she is an avid volunteer for the Dallas Animal Services, the SPCA, and numerous rescue organizations assisting in the care and transportation of rescue animals and likewise volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (C.A.S.A), advocating in the community and the courtroom for the best interests of abused and neglected children that are in protective care of the state.
Tiffany attended both Oklahoma State University and The University of West Florida graduating magna cum laude with degrees in International Business and Economics. She lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband, Tyler, and their two rescue dogs, Tucker and Rufus.
