Alice Francis is the Executive Vice President of Operations at Shipt. In addition to her team of 100 employees and 100,000 Shipt Shoppers nationwide, Alice empowers the company as a whole to “bring the magic” and deliver an amazing experience to Shipt members each and every day. Prior to Shipt, she held multiple operations roles in the on-demand space. She is a graduate of Hamilton College with a bachelors degree in physics and she holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT. Alice lives in San Francisco, California.
