Jie Cheng is the Head of Digital & eCommerce, Campbell Snacks, where she is responsible for digital commerce strategy & marketing for Pepperidge Farm business (Goldfish, Milano, Farmhouse, etc.) and Snyder's-Lance business (Snyder's of Hanover, Lance, Cape Cod, Kettle, Late July, etc.). In her role, Jie also leads digital learning agenda and serves as business lead for Enterprise Data and MarTech initiatives for the Snacks division. 

Jie is a well-regarded digital leader who, during her 15-year digital journey, left digital footprints for many iconic brands in the global markets. Prior to joining Campbell in 2015, Jie spent 4 years at The Hershey Company and led digital marketing and capability building for its International Markets. She was also the first digital hire at Danone North America where she led the digital strategy and campaign for Dannon Oikos Greek yogurt launch in 2011.
