Jill Rourke is the Manager eCommerce, North America for
Kellogg Company. In her role, Jill oversees the Company’s marketing strategy
and relationships with Amazon, developing innovative solutions to connect
consumers to Kellogg’s iconic brands.
From Cheez-It to Pringles to Special K, Eggo and beyond, specialized and
well-defined focus placed on developing and maintaining unique occasion based
solutions and eRetailer measurement to continually drive sales growth, while
providing education and visibility for internal adoption. Jill is a key component and partner in a
dedicated eCommerce team whose responsibilities span across digital shelf,
supply chain, forecasting in a dynamic marketplace and data-driven Shopper
Insights.
Prior to joining Kellogg, Jill spent 7 years at Amazon,
where she was one of the first Account Executives hired to develop and scale
the CPG business. Jill collaborated
with Fortune 500 CPG companies to help build their eCommerce strategy from
retail partnerships, product development, marketing, retailer and shopper
analytics.
Jill is a graduate of Ferris State University where she
received her BS degree in International Business. She resides in Michigan with her husband of
27 years and two daughters and is a closet Candy Crush fan.
