In 2012, after nearly a decade of practicing law, Maggie Louise Callahan made a leap to pursue a passion for food and entertaining. She enrolled in pastry school and soon discovered the magic of chocolate. She found it to be a delicious artistic medium that can be shaped, colored and tells wonderful stories. Inspired by the complexity of chocolate, sge launched Maggie Louise Confections in 2013 with a simple premise - Premium ingredients. Fun, unexpected designs. Nostalgic flavors to remind us of happy memories. Six years later, Maggie Louise Confections has hundreds of retail and corporate partners and a beautiful storefront in East Austin.
