Stratton Cherouny is the co-founder of The Office of Experience, the Chicago-based digital design and innovation firm. As the leader of OX’s design and strategy disciplines, Stratton brings a unique balance of emotional and rational thinking to bear on behalf of OX’s diverse clients. Stratton believes that the intersection of art and technology is the key to creating transformative experiences and competitive value for businesses, brands and the people whose worlds they inhabit.

Stratton co-founded OX in 2014 after nearly 15 years working with digital and branding agencies in New York and Chicago. His client experience ranges from boutique brands in the lifestyle and apparel space to multinational leaders in consumer products, financial, insurance and industrial manufacturing and other industries. Throughout his career, Stratton has been at the forefront of innovation in brand transformation, design thinking and digital innovation. He is a frequent guest lecturer and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Design Museum of Chicago.
